癲癇發作怎么辦?如何急救?

當發現癲癇病人發病的時候，需要注意及時的通過一些方法保護好病人的舌頭，還要讓病人迅速的躺平，保護病人的頭頸部位不受到傷害，還要注意將病人的呼吸道分泌物盡快的清理干凈，防止病人發病的時候出現一些外傷。

癲癇這種疾病比較危險，一般發病后如果沒有家人在身邊，對病人的生命可能也會造成影響，如果病人在癲癇發作的時候能夠很好的處理，在很大程度上也保護了病人，防止病人由于病情發作而受到影響。那么，癲癇發作該如何處理?

1、保護舌頭

當發現病人發病的時候，應該將一塊紗布卷放在病人嘴里，防止發病過程中咬傷自己的舌頭，如果在發病之前沒有及時地將紗布放進去，也可以在病人有張口動作的時候放進去，但是要防止病人將紗布咽下去。

2、迅速平躺

如果發現病人有發病的前兆時，應該及時地讓病人躺平，如果沒有發現，在發病的時候就要將病人扶助，順勢躺下，一方突然摔倒造成一些傷害出現。

3、防止外傷

陣攣期時病人主要表現為四肢肌肉收縮，很容易造成病人關節脫臼、四肢擦傷。這時可適當用力按住病人的四肢大關節處(如肩、肘、髖、膝)，適當限制其抽動幅度。但需要注意的是，不要用力過猛、不要強行控制，否則會造成骨折或肌肉損傷。

4、保護頭頸

當病人強制其發作的時候，大多都會過度的后仰，下頜骨過張開，這種情況會損傷到病人的勁椎，嚴重的還會發生骨折或是下頜骨脫臼，這時候家人可以將病人的枕部稍微用力拖住，防止進步過度伸直。還要用另一只手將下頜托住，防止張開過度。

5、呼吸道阻塞

在發病的時候，呼吸道中的分泌物也會增多，這時候就要及時的將分泌物清除，以防止阻礙到患者正常的呼吸，還要將患者的頭部轉向一側，以便繼續流出來的分泌物能夠自然的流出來，然后將病人的衣領扣子打開，保證能正常的呼吸。
