癲癇有哪些癥狀類型

1、大發(fā)作：約占癲癇發(fā)作的50%，多在1歲左右或14―17歲之間。大發(fā)作可分四個時期：(1)先兆期：有頭暈、胃部不適。(2)強(qiáng)直期：突然意識喪失、倒地、頭后仰、肢體強(qiáng)直，由于隔肌痙攣，病人發(fā)出“羊羔”樣吼叫，面色青紫、瞳孔散大、呼吸暫停，持續(xù)數(shù)十秒不等。(3)陣攣期：全身肌肉有節(jié)律性抽動、常咬破舌頭、口吐白沫、可伴有大小便失禁，一般持續(xù)1-3分鐘。(4)恢復(fù)期：一般要數(shù)十分鐘才能清醒，病人對發(fā)作過程不能回憶，全身疼痛、乏力。個別病人在恢復(fù)期有狂燥、亂跑亂叫、打人毀物等情況發(fā)生。

2、小發(fā)作：癡癇小發(fā)作又稱失神發(fā)作，典型的表現(xiàn)為病人有短暫意識喪失，大多數(shù)意識完全喪失，偶爾意識障礙較淺，對周圍有所了解，能聽見問話，但不能回答。意識障礙短暫而頻發(fā)為其特點。

3、精神運(yùn)動性發(fā)作：在意識障礙的背景上，常有錯覺、幻覺及自動癥等。因多由顳葉病變引起，故又稱顳葉癲癇。發(fā)病年齡在各型癲癇中較晚，多在20歲左右首次發(fā)病。約有40%的病人發(fā)病時有先兆，感到胃部不適、幻聽、幻味、眩暈、惡心、恐懼等。

4、局限性發(fā)作：又叫單純性發(fā)作，表現(xiàn)為身體某一部分節(jié)律性抽動，持續(xù)數(shù)秒，意識清楚，若有癲癇放電擴(kuò)展，可延致半身或全身。
