如何用中醫針灸治療癲癇

頭針，治法進針后用g-6805治療儀通低頻脈沖電30分鐘，發作嚴重者可適當延長通電時間。通電以麻感達到前額為好，亦可在腦電圖病灶部位進行針刺通電。隔日1次。

體針，治法以主穴為主，每次酌情選用4～6穴。背上針取0.6～1.5寸芒針循督脈透刺，如神道透陽關，神道透大椎，腰奇透陰關。進針后中等頻(120次/分)捻轉1分鐘。額三針為雙側眉沖穴沿膀胱經透刺二針，取此連線為底邊的等腰三角形，另一頂點沿督脈透針。余穴邪實用瀉法，體虛用補法，留針15分鐘，每日1次或隔日1次。療效經上方治療124例，配合三元辨證療法，顯效85例，有效28例，無效11例，總有效為91.06%。

艾灸，治法上述三組穴位，順序選用。每年小暑至處暑灸治1次，連續2～3年。穴位局部消毒，用0.2%普魯卡因局麻，蒜汁涂抹后艾灸，頭部穴位4～5壯，胸背部5～7壯或7～9壯，體弱及兒童酌減。灸后穴位起泡處敷貼藥油膏，并服食公雞、魚類以促使其化膿。藥膏每日一換，至灸疤愈合。

穴住埋線，治法每次選1個主穴，辨證選用1～2個配穴。主穴常規消毒后，切開皮膚，用3號羊腸線3厘米埋人，不縫合。配穴用18號穿刺針埋線。每次埋線為一療程，每療程3個月。療效用此法治療816例，顯效678例，有效138例，總有效為10o%。大多數患者埋線1～4次。
