什么是小兒良性癲癇

小兒癲癇的早期癥狀主要分為以下幾個方面：

《1》全身性發作，這種類型的小兒童癲癇的早期癥狀具體表現為：意識突然喪失、呼吸暫停、口吐白沫、瞳孔散大，兩眼上翻或偏斜一方,四肢強直、握拳開始抽搐。一般來說癲癇的發作持續1-5分鐘，發作后意識不清或嗜睡，經過數小時之后清醒。

《2》部分性癲癇發作，這種類型的小兒癲癇的早期癥狀具體表現為：軀體局部肌肉或肢體的抽搐發作。這種癲癇的持續時間可能比較長，一般沒有意識喪失，嚴重發作以后抽搐部位的肌肉可有暫時性麻痹。

《3》植物神經性癲癇，這種類型的癲癇疾病發作時有輕重不等的意識障礙，發作后有可能會出現嗜睡的癥狀，發作持續數分鐘至數小時，甚至1-2天，發作的頻率不定，可表現為腹痛或嘔吐及頭痛等兒童癲癇的癥狀。

《4》精神運動型癲癇，此類小兒癲癇的癥狀主要表現為：口咽部動作或內臟癥狀。如無意識咀嚼、流口水、吞咽動作、吸吮動作、惡心等。小兒出現看到或聽到周圍人看不到或聽不到的物體和聲音;有的小兒可嗅到特殊氣味。
