癲癇病因新發(fā)現(xiàn)

癲癇是一種疑難疾病，患者會(huì)突然出現(xiàn)肌肉收縮、意識(shí)障礙、摔倒并發(fā)生身體痙攣等病癥。

經(jīng)常性反復(fù)發(fā)作是這種疾病的重要特征之一。研究人員在癲癇患者中調(diào)查了8至20歲發(fā)病的人。這種類型的患者在所有癲癇患者中占7%至9%，并具有家族遺傳性。他們側(cè)重研究患者家族的基因，共調(diào)查了墨西哥和歐美的44個(gè)患者家族，結(jié)果在墨西哥的6個(gè)家族中發(fā)現(xiàn)一種被稱為“EFHCI”的基因出現(xiàn)異常。

癲癇病因有哪些

1、高熱驚厥后遺：嚴(yán)重和持久的高熱驚厥可以導(dǎo)致包括神經(jīng)元缺失和膠質(zhì)增生的腦損害，主要在顳葉內(nèi)側(cè)面，尢其在海體。

2、產(chǎn)前期和圍生期疾?。寒a(chǎn)傷是嬰兒期癥狀性羊癲瘋的常見發(fā)病的原因。挫傷、水腫、出血和梗塞也能導(dǎo)致局部腦硬化，若干年后形成病灶。腦性癱瘓患者也常并發(fā)羊癲瘋。

3、腦血管疾病：除腦血管畸形和蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血產(chǎn)生羊癲瘋時(shí)年齡較輕外，卒中后羊癲瘋多見于中、老年人，特別是腦栓塞、腦血栓形成和多發(fā)性腔隙發(fā)作。

4、顱內(nèi)腫瘤、顱腦損傷：顱腦損傷后遺羊癲瘋者，伴有凹陷性骨折、硬腦膜撕裂以及局部神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)體征，長(zhǎng)期損傷后記憶障礙。

5、先天性畸形：如染色體畸形、先天性腦積水、小頭畸形，胼胝體發(fā)育不全、腦皮質(zhì)發(fā)育不全等。
