氣候突變，氣候的突然變化會讓身體感到不適應，由于突然有寒冷或悶熱的侵襲，沒有做好準備而導致癲癇病的發(fā)作。精神刺激，突發(fā)事件或是情感上的刺激，會給人帶來很大的影響，精神上的刺激直接會影響大腦神經元的正常運行，癲癇患者腦中樞神經會發(fā)出錯誤信號，最終導致癲癇病的發(fā)作。

上網無度，有癲癇病史的人盡量少上網，一般的連續(xù)上網時間控制在2個小時以內，甚至電視都要少看，否則可能會引發(fā)癲癇。另外癲癇病患者應該盡早的到正規(guī)醫(yī)院接受治療，不要存在心理負擔，保持樂觀向上的心態(tài)，癲癇病不是精神病，更不是不治之癥。
