癲癇病雙胞胎的遺傳幾率大嗎?癲癇病患兒具有遺傳易感性，單卵雙生子的患病一致性是雙卵雙生子的6倍左右。

單卵雙胎兒是由一個(gè)受精卵分裂而形成的雙胎兒，大多數(shù)只有一個(gè)胎盤，兩個(gè)胎兒的血液循環(huán)經(jīng)胎盤相通。兩個(gè)胎膜的間隔由兩層羊膜組成，少數(shù)有兩個(gè)胎盤及各自的羊膜和絨毛膜組成，個(gè)別單卵雙胎兒可共存于同一個(gè)羊膜腔中而雙卵雙生子則是由兩個(gè)受精卵發(fā)育而成，其遺傳基因只有部分相同。

癲癇病確實(shí)遺傳，但只說明有遺傳素質(zhì)的人其發(fā)作閾值低，易感性高，遇到某種環(huán)境因素時(shí)易出現(xiàn)癲癇病發(fā)作，而是否發(fā)病則由內(nèi)外因共同決定的。

　癲癇病對高級神經(jīng)機(jī)能損害較大,尤其可導(dǎo)致智力障礙。早在十九世紀(jì)中期,就有學(xué)者注意到癲癇的智力問題,并明確指出,部分患者存在著不同程度的智力缺陷。近年來隨著醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,對癲癇與智力的關(guān)系有了較深入細(xì)致的研究。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),我國智力低下的患兒比重是很大的,而且智商水平有逐年下降的趨勢,根據(jù)我們的臨床統(tǒng)計(jì)大約有59.8%的患兒不同程度智力低下,而且由于治療不及時(shí),藥物的長期副作用等原因,這個(gè)比率還在上升.
