下肢自屈曲轉(zhuǎn)為強(qiáng)烈伸直。強(qiáng)直期持續(xù)10~20秒后，在肢端出現(xiàn)細(xì)微的震顫。癲癇病人大發(fā)作陣攣期，可表現(xiàn)為再次痙攣都伴有短促的肌張力松弛，陣攣頻率逐漸減慢，松弛期逐漸延長。本期持續(xù)約0.5-1分鐘;最后一次強(qiáng)烈痙攣后，抽搐突然終止。在以上兩期中，同時(shí)出現(xiàn)心率增快，血壓升高，汗液、唾液增多，瞳孔擴(kuò)大，呼吸暫時(shí)中斷，皮膚自蒼白轉(zhuǎn)為紫紺。
