癲癇先兆

癲癇病是一種神智異常病癥，患者以突然發(fā)作、自行緩解、多次反復(fù)為主要特點(diǎn)，輕者或短時(shí)失神，或局限顫抖，或無(wú)意識(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)，或答非所問(wèn)，重者突然倒地、四肢抽搐、角弓反張、不省人事，甚至窒息死亡。這一頑癥給患者帶來(lái)痛苦，給家庭和社會(huì)帶來(lái)沉重負(fù)擔(dān)。癲癇的基本癥狀是間斷發(fā)作性昏厥，不醒人事，四肢抽搐，雙目上翻，目光呆滯，臉色卡白，口吐白沫，咬牙咬舌等表現(xiàn)。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)這些表現(xiàn)的時(shí)候一定要及時(shí)制止。

臨床上將癲癇定義為一種突發(fā)性、短暫性的大腦功能失調(diào)疾病。癲癇發(fā)作時(shí)常出現(xiàn)前頭部脹痛、撕裂樣劇烈疼痛，伴有惡心、心慌、頭昏、面部潮紅或蒼白、腹痛;短暫、頻發(fā)的意識(shí)喪失、失神、走神，伴陣攣、失張力發(fā)作或自動(dòng)癥;出汗、流涎、面色改變，精神不振、嗜睡等癥狀。

早期癲癇的癥狀主要表現(xiàn)為一些先兆，如：

①軀體感覺(jué)性先兆：刺痛、麻木、感覺(jué)缺失等。

②精神性先兆：錯(cuò)覺(jué)、幻覺(jué)、看見了或感到了實(shí)際上不存在的東西和場(chǎng)景等。

③聽覺(jué)先兆：聽見鈴聲、鳥叫、蟲叫、機(jī)器等。

④嗅覺(jué)先兆：聞到燒焦了的橡膠味、腥味、硫酸等刺鼻難聞的氣味。

⑤味覺(jué)先兆：口中有苦、酸、咸、甜、膩等不舒適味道。

⑥視覺(jué)先兆：看見運(yùn)動(dòng)或靜止的光點(diǎn)、光圈、火星、黑點(diǎn)、一團(tuán)單色或彩色的東西等。

⑦情緒先兆：焦慮、不安、壓抑、驚恐等，恐懼是最常見的一種。
