二、癲癇發(fā)作后，呼吸通暢最關(guān)鍵

如果孩子癲癇發(fā)作，家長(zhǎng)最重要的是做好以下幾個(gè)方面，首先一定要冷靜，先讓孩子躺平，平臥，頭向右側(cè)歪斜，另外查一下呼吸是否平穩(wěn)，防止堵塞呼吸道，如果鼻子里面有分泌物就做一些清除。最主要就是不要慌，保證呼吸道通暢就可以了。一般的孩子在幾分鐘之內(nèi)就自行緩解，所以等緩解之后再送醫(yī)院就可以了。

如果發(fā)作時(shí)間比較長(zhǎng)，比如說(shuō)5分鐘還在抽，最好叫救護(hù)車(chē)把孩子送到醫(yī)院去。

三、癲癇是一種源于大腦的疾病

癲癇是常見(jiàn)的中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的一類(lèi)慢性病，由很多種原因引起的，主要病因跟腦里面的神經(jīng)異常有關(guān)。原發(fā)性癲癇，多見(jiàn)于小兒時(shí)期，這類(lèi)病人沒(méi)有腦子結(jié)構(gòu)的異常，但是有腦功能的異常，這個(gè)情況大多數(shù)和遺傳有關(guān)系，做CT查不出來(lái)任何腦結(jié)構(gòu)的問(wèn)題。還有一類(lèi)就是隱源性的癲癇，在臨床上查不出來(lái)什么病因，但是孩子智力不太好，或者有運(yùn)動(dòng)的障礙，或者有神經(jīng)方面的表現(xiàn)。

老年人癲癇中約40%是由腦血管病引起的，其中以腦梗死居首位，其次是腦出血、蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血和其他腦血管疾病，如大腦靜脈及靜脈竇血栓、血管畸形、缺血缺氧性腦病等。

四、癲癇治療千萬(wàn)不要相信江湖游醫(yī)
