5、高熱驚厥患者以后約有15%左右轉(zhuǎn)變成癲癇，如對有復(fù)發(fā)可能的高熱驚厥，應(yīng)及早地采取預(yù)防措施，可大大減少高熱驚厥造成的腦損傷，也就減少了癲癇的發(fā)生率。

6、為了預(yù)防出生時(shí)腦損傷引起的癲癇，對于高齡初產(chǎn)婦，如預(yù)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過程不順利，應(yīng)及早剖腹取胎，這樣可以避免因缺氧、窒息、產(chǎn)傷引起嬰兒日后患癲癇。
