羊癲瘋大發(fā)作癥狀大全

專家介紹，所謂的癲癇(羊癲瘋)大發(fā)作是指癲癇(羊癲瘋)病患者病情發(fā)作也叫強(qiáng)直性攣性發(fā)作，是癲癇(羊癲瘋)病患者最常見的發(fā)病類型，癲癇(羊癲瘋)大發(fā)作約占所有癲癇(羊癲瘋)發(fā)作的83%。癲癇(羊癲瘋)大發(fā)作癥狀就是患者因?yàn)槟撤N因素使其忽然喪失意識(shí)、常見的發(fā)作表現(xiàn)是兩目上翻、牙關(guān)緊閉、上肢屈伸，下肢伸直、大小便失禁、面部蒼白或青紫，常咬傷舌肌、可有豬叫(或羊叫)聲，繼全身強(qiáng)直痙攣，幾分鐘后全身抽搐后自然停止，口吐白沫或血沫(舌和口腔粘膜咬破時(shí))，最后肌肉松弛，病人呈昏迷或昏睡狀態(tài)，臉色漸漸正常，神志逐漸。大發(fā)作時(shí)，病人意識(shí)喪失，跌倒后可導(dǎo)致外傷，痙攣時(shí)又可引起關(guān)節(jié)脫位、骨折、昏迷，可導(dǎo)致吸人性肺炎、窒息等等。如果短期內(nèi)大發(fā)作接連發(fā)生，如果病人始終呈昏迷狀態(tài)，則叫癲癇(羊癲瘋)持續(xù)狀態(tài)(另述)，必需及時(shí)搶救。

不同的時(shí)期，癲癇(羊癲瘋)大發(fā)作癥狀有不同的表現(xiàn)：

(1)先兆期：在意識(shí)喪失前感到頭暈、恐懼、胸悶、心慌、感覺異常、精神異常、惡心、胃部不適等。可單項(xiàng)或多項(xiàng)出現(xiàn)，先兆一般時(shí)間短促，發(fā)生率較低，約占15%

(2)強(qiáng)直期：患者忽然意識(shí)喪失，跌倒在地，全身肌肉強(qiáng)直性收縮，頭后仰，雙上肢屈曲強(qiáng)直，雙下肢伸性強(qiáng)直，口部先張后閉合，此時(shí)可能咬傷唇、舌和頰部。由于膈肌、肋間肌強(qiáng)直收縮，使肺空氣壓出，同時(shí)喉部痙攣、咽喉狹窄致發(fā)生尖銳的叫聲稱為癇叫，此期瞳孔散大，血壓上升。起初皮膚結(jié)膜發(fā)紅，繼之由于呼吸肌強(qiáng)直收縮，呼吸暫停，口唇及全身皮膚青紫，此期歷時(shí)1020秒，進(jìn)入陣攣期。

(3)陣攣期：此期全身肌肉發(fā)生節(jié)律性收縮，往往先從面部開始，因咀嚼肌抽動(dòng)，可咬傷舌唇，在肢端逐漸呈現(xiàn)細(xì)微的震顫，幅度逐漸增大并延及全身，呈現(xiàn)間歇的屈曲痙攣，其頻率逐漸減退，持續(xù)l～3分鐘，最后在一次強(qiáng)烈痙攣后忽然停止，在發(fā)作期常伴有心率加快、血壓升高、唾液和汗液分泌增多、呼吸聲粗大，唾液呈泡沫從口流出，有時(shí)混有血絲，并口吐血沫，瞳孔散大，小便失禁，甚至大便失禁等。此時(shí)瞳孔反射和各種深淺反射均消失。

(4)恢復(fù)期：此期患者呈昏睡狀態(tài)，經(jīng)過10多分鐘或繼續(xù)睡眠數(shù)小時(shí)不等。心率、血壓、反射、瞳孔趨向正常，昏迷逐漸減輕而，有的在前表現(xiàn)精神錯(cuò)亂、興奮躁動(dòng)，甚至亂跑。后除先兆癥狀外，對發(fā)作情況完全不能記憶。自覺有頭痛、乏力、全身肌肉酸痛等表現(xiàn)。
