1.積極預(yù)防和治療各種顱內(nèi)感染，如各種腦炎、腦膜炎等，上述疾病導(dǎo)致大腦皮層炎癥和水腫，引起癲癇發(fā)作。后遺癥期由于腦實質(zhì)內(nèi)瘢痕形成和腦膜粘連，也能導(dǎo)致癲癇發(fā)作。

2.避免癲癇發(fā)作誘因，是預(yù)防癲癇復(fù)發(fā)的重要環(huán)節(jié)之一，如飲酒、吸煙、疲勞、精神壓抑、暴飲暴食、感染性疾病、受驚發(fā)熱、剝奪睡眠、近親結(jié)婚及有害的聲、光刺激等。

3.注意人身及交通安全，防止顱腦外傷導(dǎo)致的外傷性癲癇外傷后癲癇的發(fā)生，昏迷時間越長，腦實質(zhì)損傷越重，發(fā)生率越高。

4.癲癇病人在選擇婚配對象，應(yīng)避免與有癲癇家族史的結(jié)婚，癲癇病人的未婚夫(妻)在婚前要做腦電地形圖檢查，如腦電地形圖有癲癇波者避免結(jié)婚，雙方都有癲癇家族史的人也應(yīng)避免結(jié)婚。

?癇病發(fā)作怎么辦能給患者幫助

1、癲癇發(fā)作時，迅速讓病人仰臥，不要墊枕頭，把纏有紗布的壓舌板墊在上下牙齒間，以防病人自己咬傷舌頭。

2、將病人頭偏向一側(cè)，使口腔分泌物自行流出，防止口水誤入氣道，引起吸入性肺炎。同時，還要把病人下頜托起，防止因窩脖使舌頭堵塞氣管。

3、解開病人身上約束的衣物，例如：領(lǐng)帶及繃緊的衣物等。且移開易造成傷害的對象或家具，防止病人意外發(fā)生。

4、請勿強行約束病人抖動的肢體，以免造成傷害?如骨折?。應(yīng)該刺激或點壓人中、合谷、足三里、涌泉等穴位。

5、癲癇患者抽搐停止后，給患者更換被汗液、尿液浸濕的衣褲，并給其換個舒適的環(huán)境，讓其安靜入睡。有一些患者在朦朧狀態(tài)中會出現(xiàn)自傷、傷人、毀物等狂躁性行為，家長應(yīng)嚴(yán)格看護(hù)。
