導(dǎo)致癲癇的病因都有哪一些

一、癲癇的病因有很多，患者在治療前要做好確診。

1、先來了解嬰幼兒癲癇病的病因，產(chǎn)前期和圍生期疾?。寒a(chǎn)傷是嬰兒期癥狀性癲癇的常見病因。挫傷、水腫、出血和梗死也能導(dǎo)致局部腦硬化，若干年后形成病灶。腦性癱瘓患者也常并發(fā)癲癇。孕婦在臨產(chǎn)前要定期做好產(chǎn)前孕檢。

2、腦外傷(內(nèi)含開放性腦外傷和閉合性腦外傷)：據(jù)有關(guān)資料統(tǒng)計，在癲癇病人中，大約三分之一有頭部外傷病史。毫無疑問腦外傷確實是引起癲癇發(fā)病的主要原因之一。就腦外傷本身來說，病人在腦外傷后發(fā)生癲癇的仍是少數(shù)，腦外傷后大約有5%的病人出現(xiàn)癲癇發(fā)作，但腦外傷后，早期出現(xiàn)癲癇發(fā)作的病人中，可能為晚期出現(xiàn)癲癇的四分之一。腦部手術(shù)后引發(fā)的癲癇，一般取決于手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷、局部水腫、神經(jīng)細(xì)胞代謝紊亂等因素，而發(fā)生率則于手術(shù)方法的選擇、病變性質(zhì)、手術(shù)部位，以及患者在手術(shù)前是否發(fā)生過癲癇有關(guān)。

3、高熱驚厥后遺癥癲癇的病因：嚴(yán)重和持久的高熱驚厥可以導(dǎo)致包括神經(jīng)元缺失和膠質(zhì)增生的腦損害，主要在顳葉內(nèi)側(cè)面，尤其在海馬體。

4、腦部疾病(內(nèi)含腦腫瘤、腦血管病、顱內(nèi)感染等)是引起癲癇的常見原因，尤其是成年以后的所謂晚發(fā)性癲癇，所占比例數(shù)就更高些。由于腦瘤的生長，壓迫或影響周圍腦組織及其血管，產(chǎn)生腦水腫、腫脹、缺氧、缺血、腦組織硬化或萎縮，導(dǎo)致這些神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的代謝異常及膜電位的改變，往往在內(nèi)源性或外源性因素刺激下就會產(chǎn)生異常放電，引發(fā)癲癇;另外一部分幼年患者由于血管畸形而誘而癲癇;還有一部分患者因顱內(nèi)細(xì)菌性、病毒性寄生的感染，引起腦炎、腦膜炎、蛛網(wǎng)膜炎、腦膿腫等，也可引起癲癇發(fā)作。

5、由全身因素引起的癲癇，如一氧化碳中毒、急慢性腎功能衰竭、低血糖、低血鈣、高血壓腦病、胰島腺瘤、甲狀腺功能亢進(jìn)，以及各種全身感染，維生素b6缺乏等等，均可引起癲癇發(fā)作。

6、感染引發(fā)癲癇的病因：見于各種細(xì)菌性腦莫炎、腦膿腫、肉芽腫、病毒性腦炎，以及寄生蟲病，如豬囊蟲、血吸蟲、弓形蟲等。

二、癲癇發(fā)作的病因：

1、飲食不當(dāng)：對于誘發(fā)癲癇發(fā)作的原因這一問題，也表現(xiàn)在愛吃沒有完全熟透的肉食的成人相對與其他人來說更易得癲癇，因為在沒有完全熟透的肉食里存在很多寄生蟲和細(xì)菌，當(dāng)成人大量使用后，會使寄生蟲進(jìn)入體內(nèi)，又隨血液循環(huán)進(jìn)入大腦，寄生蟲在腦部組織內(nèi)寄生，最終導(dǎo)致成人癲癇的產(chǎn)生。

2、環(huán)境因素：在有嚴(yán)重污染的環(huán)境中長時間生活，會影響人的內(nèi)分泌系統(tǒng)、血液系統(tǒng)和神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，當(dāng)人體內(nèi)的有毒有害物質(zhì)蓄積到一定程度的時候，就極易誘導(dǎo)成人癲癇的發(fā)作。

3、大腦發(fā)育不良，這也是誘發(fā)癲癇發(fā)作的原因之一：先天腦不完全發(fā)育可以引起癲癇的發(fā)生，也包括后天性腦萎縮。
