二、應在病情得到較好控制時婚育。在病情較重、發作頻繁時,不宜考慮婚育問題。因為癲癇發作會導致全身缺氧,進而造成胎兒缺氧,使胎兒的正常發育受到影響。另外,在癲癇活躍期,患者服用的抗癲癇藥物有很強的毒副作用,可能導致胎兒發育不良。

三、正在服用抗癲癇藥物的女性不宜哺乳。因為嬰兒對藥物的排泄速度慢,吃了含有抗癲癇藥物的乳汁,會受到傷害。

四、不良情緒會誘發癲癇。癲癇患者在孕期更應該注意調節自己的情緒,當遇到困難或疑問時,要及時向醫生尋求專業指導和幫助。
