　　5、少食堿性食物，如某些蔬菜和食用堿等。若血液偏于堿性，則對鈣的化合物分解不利，使血鈣降低，神經興奮性增強，而促使發作。飲食應葷素配搭，酸堿平衡有助于預防復發。
