　　對于老年癲癇的中醫(yī)分證論治，臨床病機(jī)以虛、痰、瘀為主，臟腑辯證應(yīng)突出腎、腦。中醫(yī)治療應(yīng)結(jié)合原發(fā)病，如果是中風(fēng)病引起者，也可以和為中風(fēng)病變證進(jìn)行論治。老年癲癇所致抽搐多由風(fēng)火痰瘀邪盛，肝陽妄亢生風(fēng)，內(nèi)風(fēng)旋動而成。也可兼見躁擾不寧，面紅目赤，舌質(zhì)紅、紅絳或暗紅，脈弦滑而大。
