2、顱內疾病：病毒感染如病毒性腦炎、乙型腦炎。細菌感染如化膿性腦膜炎、結核性腦膜炎，腦膿腫、靜脈竇血栓形成。霉菌感染如新型隱球菌腦膜炎等。寄生蟲感染如腦囊蟲病、腦型瘧疾、腦型血吸蟲病、腦型肺吸蟲病、弓形蟲病。
