昏睡期：抽搐停上后患者進入昏睡、昏迷狀態(tài)，然后逐漸清醒，部分患者在清醒過程中有精神行為異常，表現(xiàn)為掙扎、拒抗、躁動不安。

二、失神發(fā)作：又稱小發(fā)作，通常有如下幾種癥狀類型：

簡單性失神發(fā)作：又稱典型失神發(fā)作。臨床表觀為突發(fā)突止的意識障礙，可在工作、活動、進食和步行等情況下發(fā)生。

復(fù)雜性失神發(fā)作：又稱失神發(fā)作自動癥。除表現(xiàn)發(fā)作性意識喪失外，在發(fā)作期間還可有類似顳葉自動癥的一些表現(xiàn)，如咂嘴、無目的摸索、雙手磨擦、徘徊等一些刻扳動作。

肌陣攣性失神發(fā)作：又稱肌陣攣陛小發(fā)作。表現(xiàn)為兩側(cè)對稱性眼、面、頸、四肢或軀干短暫肌陣攣發(fā)作，不伴有或伴有短暫意識障礙。

運動不能性發(fā)作：又稱失張力性猝倒發(fā)作。突然出現(xiàn)短暫意識障礙，肌張力喪失姿勢不能維持而跌倒。腦電圖表現(xiàn)與簡單性失神發(fā)作相同。

三、簡單部分性發(fā)作：又稱局限性發(fā)作。是不伴有意識障礙的運動、感覺和植物神經(jīng)癥狀的發(fā)作。

四、復(fù)雜部分性發(fā)作：又稱精神運動性癲癇。系伴有意識障礙的部分性發(fā)作，其多數(shù)病例病在顳葉，故又稱為顳葉癲癇(發(fā)作)。

五、其它種類的發(fā)作。
