2、情緒要穩(wěn)定：強(qiáng)烈的情感活動大悲、大喜、受驚嚇等，都是常見的癲癇誘發(fā)因素素。一些癲癇患者因長期受腦內(nèi)癲癇灶及抗癲癇藥物影響，人格及性格有所改變，不同于常人。這些人不易控制自己的情緒，易急躁、沖動，這就需要家人的理解和呵護(hù)，用愛心、耐心引導(dǎo)患者，使患者盡量少受刺激，保持較平和的心態(tài)、穩(wěn)定的情緒，從而避免癲癇發(fā)作。

3、禁服可誘發(fā)癲癇的常用藥物：某些藥是癲癇的誘因，癲癇患者在生病就診時，須告知醫(yī)生自己有癲癇病史，盡量避免使用誘發(fā)癲癇的藥物。有些藥物根據(jù)病情確實(shí)需要使用時，也須在醫(yī)生的觀察下使用。

4、避免發(fā)高燒：發(fā)熱39℃以上的高熱是常見的癲癇誘發(fā)因素，尤其是兒童患者。兒童的神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)育不完全，有時38℃以上的中度發(fā)熱也可誘發(fā)癲癇。這類患者即使成年后，發(fā)熱仍可能是誘發(fā)癲癇，因而癲癇患者應(yīng)注意預(yù)防常見的、可導(dǎo)致發(fā)熱的疾病。一旦出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱，要及時控制，避免誘發(fā)癲癇。
