6、失神半失張力成分，約占失神發作的百分之二十左右，發作時維持姿勢的肌肉張力減低，通常表現為頭部緩慢下垂，但很少因肌張力完全消失而致跌倒。失神伴跌倒發作一般見于不典型失神。
