3、局灶性陣攣發(fā)作，多局限于單側(cè)面肌或單側(cè)肢體，可僅限于局部也在同側(cè)緩慢擴(kuò)散，通常不伴有明顯的意識(shí)變化。

4、強(qiáng)直性陣攣，半身抽搐，痙攣可涉及體軸或只限于肢軸，發(fā)作時(shí)可伴同氣閉，痙攣既可以系列形式，也可能以散發(fā)形式出現(xiàn)。
