2、雙方均為原發(fā)性癲癇患者的近親也應(yīng)考慮禁止生育。這樣的遺傳幾率可謂是雙倍的。

3、雙方有癲癇家族史的應(yīng)考慮禁止生育。一般有家族史的，遺傳幾率也比較高，對(duì)孩子的健康保障不是很高，因此建議要慎重對(duì)待生育問題。

4、一方為癲癇患者，對(duì)方僅有腦電圖異常時(shí)也應(yīng)考慮禁止生育。全身性發(fā)作患者，腦電圖有廣泛異常，其同胞中也有類似表現(xiàn)腦電圖的，應(yīng)考慮禁止生育。

5、一方有家族史，已生過患癲癇的子女，也不應(yīng)生育二胎。女性癲癇患者又有明確的家族史者，如已結(jié)婚應(yīng)考慮禁止生育。
