2)產(chǎn)前期和圍生期疾病癲癇的病因:：產(chǎn)傷是嬰兒期癥狀性癲癇的常見病因。挫傷、水腫、出血和梗死也能導(dǎo)致局部腦硬化，若干年后形成病灶。腦性癱瘓患者也常并發(fā)癲癇。

3)高熱驚厥后遺癥癲癇的病因：嚴(yán)重和持久的高熱驚厥可以導(dǎo)致包括神經(jīng)元缺失和膠質(zhì)增生的腦損害，主要在顳葉內(nèi)側(cè)面，尤其在海馬體。

4)顱腦損傷癲癇的病因：顱腦損傷后遺癲癇者，伴有凹陷性骨折、硬腦膜撕裂、局部神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)體征，長(zhǎng)期損傷后記憶障礙。損傷后數(shù)周內(nèi)即產(chǎn)生早期癇性發(fā)作的病例為最多見。

5)感染引發(fā)癲癇的病因：見于各種細(xì)菌性腦莫炎、腦膿腫、肉芽腫、病毒性腦炎，以及寄生蟲病，如豬囊蟲、血吸蟲、弓形蟲等。
