1、進(jìn)餐性發(fā)作:眼瞼肌陣攣癲癇患者早期疾病容易在進(jìn)餐時間發(fā)作，這與食物對于患者的味覺、嗅覺的影響有關(guān)系，這種原因引起的癲癇發(fā)作時間比較短，一般持續(xù)時間僅數(shù)秒鐘，患者發(fā)作時一般表現(xiàn)為摔碎碗筷等行為為主。大家不要以為患者是不小心打碎的，這是疾病的前兆。

2、失張力發(fā)作:此病的早期癥狀還表現(xiàn)為患者由于肌肉張力的消失突然出現(xiàn)跌倒的情況。

3、突然嘔吐：此病的早期癥狀是患者的突然嘔吐，一般嘔吐時間比較短也就一兩分鐘就結(jié)束，而且沒有其他的伴隨癥狀，因此很容易以為是消化系統(tǒng)類的疾病。

4、失神:此病的早期癥狀有患者突然出現(xiàn)失神狀況，患者一般兩眼無神直視前方，不理睬其他人的呼喚，很容易被誤以為患者故意這樣、在開玩笑等。都為眼瞼肌陣攣癲癇發(fā)作時的癥狀。
