外傷性癲癇病后遺癥

　　外傷性癲癇病后遺癥，癲癇是由多種疾病引起的一種陣發性的腦機能障礙，其發作形式多種多樣，臨床表現十分復雜，需要長期服藥治療。做好家庭護理十分重要。筆者在治病過程中屢次遇到這樣的家長，不遵醫囑，自行給患者停藥或減藥，而引起犯病。問其原因，言經濟困難。有的家長明知自己孩子有癲癇病，還讓去開車而引起車禍等等。

　　外傷性癲癇病后遺癥

癲癇的發作描述

①、患者突發意識不清：肢體強直收縮，繼而陣攣抽搐，直至抽搐停止的階段。痙攣期發作時，患者常表現為突然尖叫一聲，跌倒在地，全身肌肉強直收縮，上肢伸直或屈曲，雙手握成拳，下肢伸直，肢體僵硬，頭轉向一側或向后仰，雙眼上翻，向上凝視。

②、呼吸肌也受到累及：呼吸肌強直致使呼吸停止，患者出現口唇、面部發紫。瞳孔散大，對光反射消失，口腔黏膜、唇、舌有咬傷。強直收縮期一般持續20秒后就計入陣攣發作期，癲癇患者全身肌肉呈節律性抽搐，頻率開始較快，然后逐漸減慢，一般約持續一分鐘后抽搐逐漸停止。

③、患者可出現心跳加快，血壓升高等：抽搐結束后自動呼吸恢復，唇、面部發紺逐漸減輕，口腔內分泌物增多，表現為口吐白沫或血沫，還可出現尿失禁、全身大汗。

　　癲癇病的早期診斷對患者的治療有著非常重要的作用，所以我們一定要做好，前期的診斷工作，這樣患者才會有更好的治療環境，患者一定要積極的接受治療，保持良好的心態。對于患者來說，越早接受治療，腦部的傷害就會越小，因此家人一旦發現患者出現異常舉動就應使患者及時接受診斷才好。外傷性癲癇病后遺癥
