二、小發(fā)作：小發(fā)作特點(diǎn)為突然發(fā)生短暫的意識喪失，沒有發(fā)作后嗜睡，發(fā)作時語言中斷、活動停止，固定于某一體位，不跌倒，兩眼茫然凝視。有時面色蒼白，沒有肌肉抽搐，發(fā)作持續(xù)2-10秒，不超過30秒，很快意識恢復(fù)，繼續(xù)正常活動。

三、陣攣發(fā)作：在某些小兒還可表現(xiàn)為肌陣攣，即軀體某部位肌肉或肢體突然抽動，或屈或伸，沒有意識喪失，這種肌陣攣可發(fā)展為全身性大發(fā)作。

四、痙攣性發(fā)作：在嬰兒時期有一種特有的嚴(yán)重的肌陣攣發(fā)作，被稱之為嬰兒痙攣癥。多在3-7個月間發(fā)病，發(fā)作時出現(xiàn)突然短暫的意識喪失，頭及軀干急驟前屈，同時上肢前伸，然后屈曲內(nèi)收，下肢屈曲，偶或伸直，抽搐發(fā)作為全身性。每次抽搐持續(xù)1-2秒鐘，往往為連續(xù)的、有節(jié)律的一連串抽搐。
