腦中風——|腦中風是老年性羊角風的常見發(fā)病的原因，可發(fā)生于腦中風急性期或數(shù)年后，多見于缺血性腦卒中。在出現(xiàn)缺血后1~2天發(fā)生羊角風較多見，這是因為腦缺血會導致長期的新皮層興奮性增高，皮層功能發(fā)生改變，從而導致羊角風病發(fā)作。

顱內感染——腦炎、腦膜炎、腦膿腫、腦結核，以及各種類型的腦水腫，均可引發(fā)老年人羊角風

腦腫瘤(顱內腫瘤)——在中老年人中常見，約1/3的腦腫瘤(顱內腫瘤)患者以羊角風為首發(fā)癥狀。
