1.羊癲瘋與腎上腺激素的關(guān)系

關(guān)于羊癲瘋患者腎上腺激素水平變化的研究目前進(jìn)行得較少,但并不是沒(méi)有，在已有的研究中，它們都共同表明,羊癲瘋發(fā)作可影響腎上腺激素濃度。羊癲瘋發(fā)作主要影響下丘腦和腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素,此作用是短暫的,在羊癲瘋發(fā)作后大約一小時(shí)可出現(xiàn)血皮質(zhì)醇濃度升高并可持續(xù)到發(fā)作后兩小時(shí),在皮質(zhì)醇升高之前會(huì)促皮質(zhì)素濃度升高。

腎上腺素是腎上腺髓質(zhì)的主要激素，腎上腺素的一般做用使心臟收縮力上升;心臟、肝、和筋骨的血管擴(kuò)張和皮膚、粘膜的血管縮小。關(guān)于羊癲瘋患者腎上腺激素水平變化的研究目前進(jìn)行得較少，已有的研究表明，羊癲瘋發(fā)作可影響腎上腺激素濃度。

2.羊癲瘋發(fā)作是怎樣影響腎上腺激素

羊癲瘋發(fā)作間歇期癲癇波的發(fā)放，可以通過(guò)下丘腦2垂體系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的影響性激素的釋放。皮質(zhì)醇濃度升高可能與應(yīng)激有關(guān)，但羊癲瘋發(fā)作后皮質(zhì)醇比應(yīng)激狀態(tài)升高更為明顯。發(fā)作間期也可出現(xiàn)血皮質(zhì)醇濃度在正常范圍內(nèi)升高。增高的皮質(zhì)醇可以促進(jìn)成骨細(xì)胞凋亡，促進(jìn)骨質(zhì)疏松的發(fā)生。

羊癲瘋發(fā)作主要影響下丘腦和腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素，此作用是短暫的，在羊癲瘋發(fā)作后大約1h可出現(xiàn)血皮質(zhì)醇濃度升高并可持續(xù)到發(fā)作后2h，在皮質(zhì)醇升高之前可有促皮質(zhì)素(ACTH)濃度升高。
