7、多藥聯(lián)合使用，由于急于控制發(fā)作，不少家長(zhǎng)或醫(yī)生，一開(kāi)始就多種抗癲癇藥聯(lián)合應(yīng)用，這樣很可能引起幾種藥物的相互反應(yīng)，從而降低藥物療效，同時(shí)還會(huì)造成慢性藥物中毒，癲癇病的治療時(shí)間長(zhǎng)是有原因的。

8、其他，有部分癲癇患者因?yàn)橛邢忍炷X發(fā)育異常、后天腦軟化或者有遺傳因素，也是造成長(zhǎng)期不能控制的原因。
