羊癲瘋中醫治療

(1)針灸

①體針

取穴：主穴：背三針、鳩尾、筋縮、腰奇、間使、額三針、豐隆。配穴：中脈、照海、神門、關元、三陰交、足三里、太淵、三沖、膻中、血海。

治法：以主穴為主，每次酌情選用4～6穴。背上針取0.6～1.5寸芒針循督脈透刺，如神道透陽關，神道透大椎，腰奇透陰關。進針后中等頻率(120次/分)捻轉1分鐘。額三針為雙側眉沖穴沿膀胱經透刺二針，取此連線為底邊的等腰三角形，另一頂點沿督脈透針。余穴邪實用瀉法，體虛用補法，留針15分鐘，每日1次或隔日1次。

療效：經上方治療124例，配合三元辨證療法，顯效85例，有效28例，無效11例，總有效率為91.06%。

②頭針

取穴：癲癇穴，頂中線，額中線，頂旁線，枕上正中線，顳后斜線。

癲癇穴位置：風池內1寸上1寸，斜方肌盡頭處。

治法：進針后用G-6805治療儀通低頻脈沖電30分鐘，發作嚴重者可適當延長通電時間。通電以麻感達到前額為好，亦可在腦電圖病灶部位進行針刺通電。隔日1次。

③穴住埋線

取穴：主穴：脊中、筋縮。配穴：大椎、長強、膻中、中脘、氣海、內關。

治法：每次選1個主穴，辨證選用1～2個配穴。主穴常規消毒后，切開皮膚，用3號羊腸線3厘米埋人，不縫合。配穴用18號穿刺針埋線。每次埋線為一療程，每療程3個月。

療效：用此法治療816例，顯效678例，有效138例，總有效率為10O%。大多數患者埋線1～4次。

④艾灸

取穴：a.百會、大椎、身柱;b.前頂、神道、筋縮;c.百會、脊中、腰奇、鳩尾。

治法：上述三組穴位，順序選用。每年小暑至處暑灸治1次，連續2～3年。穴位局部消毒，用0.2%普魯卡因局麻，蒜汁涂抹后艾灸，頭部穴位4～5壯，胸背部5～7壯或7～9壯，體弱及兒童酌減。灸后穴位起泡處敷貼藥油膏，并服食公雞、魚類以促使其化膿。藥膏每日一換，至灸疤愈合。

口服中藥較多，效果也不盡相同。中藥講究對癥施治，同一種藥不可能適合所有的癲癇病患者，長期的臨床實踐證明。
