4。全身強(qiáng)直-陣攣發(fā)作(大發(fā)作)：八個(gè)月寶寶患癲癇癥狀有很多，有些小兒癲癇患者突然意識(shí)喪失，繼之先強(qiáng)直后陣攣性痙攣。常伴尖叫、面色青紫、尿失禁、舌咬傷、口吐白沫或血沫、瞳孔散大。持續(xù)數(shù)十秒或數(shù)分鐘后痙攣發(fā)作自然停止，進(jìn)入昏睡狀態(tài)。醒后有短時(shí)間的頭昏、煩躁、疲乏，對(duì)發(fā)作過(guò)程不能回憶。若發(fā)作持續(xù)不斷，一直處于昏迷狀態(tài)者稱大發(fā)作持續(xù)狀態(tài)，常危及生命。
