癲癇病小發(fā)作的類型有哪些

(1)癲癇變異性小發(fā)作又叫非典型小發(fā)作。又可分為以下幾種：

①肌陣攣發(fā)作：頭部和上肢肌肉為主的雙側(cè)節(jié)律性肌陣攣抽動，可單一或重復多次抽動，發(fā)作不伴有意識障礙，可發(fā)生在任何時間。

②無動性發(fā)作：突然發(fā)生的一過性肌張力喪失，因而不能維持姿勢。站立時表現(xiàn)突然低頭、屈膝、跌倒。有時可連續(xù)發(fā)生數(shù)次。可有短暫的意識喪失或意識障礙，立即清醒。

③強直性發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)在某些肌肉突然的強直收縮，如軀干前屈、頭前傾等固定于一個姿勢，持續(xù)一段時間，一般不超1分鐘，伴短暫意識喪失，發(fā)作后立即清醒。

(2)癲癇小發(fā)作的失神發(fā)作又叫典型小發(fā)作。發(fā)作時伴有短暫的意識喪失、突然中止原來的活動、中斷談話、面色蒼白、雙目凝視、無神、手中持物跌落、頭前傾、口角眼瞼顫動、時有眼球顫動，既不跌倒、也不抽搐。特征為短暫意識障礙發(fā)作，能聽見，但不能回答。突然發(fā)生，突然終止，很少有先兆。若發(fā)作頻繁，一日數(shù)十次甚至數(shù)百數(shù)，可能影響學習，以5—10歲兒童多發(fā)，15歲以后發(fā)病的稱失神樣發(fā)作，多見于顳葉癲癇。

(3)癲癇小發(fā)作的復合發(fā)作

①失神伴肌陣攣：有的患者除失神發(fā)作外，伴有輕微節(jié)律性陣攣發(fā)作。最常見于面部或肢體，尤其是眼瞼，眼球向上動，有時頭部有輕微抽動。

②失神伴發(fā)肌張力增加：失神伴突然全身肌張力喪失而跌倒，以致碰傷額部、鼻或下頜。表現(xiàn)前俯性失神，后仰性失神或旋轉(zhuǎn)性失神。

③失神伴肌張力減退：失神伴全身肌張力喪失而跌倒。有時發(fā)作輕微只是頭往下點。

④失神伴發(fā)自動癥：發(fā)作時伴噘嘴，咀嚼、吞咽動作，拉衣服，解扣或其他無目的的動作，偶爾也表現(xiàn)為喃喃自語等。

⑤失神伴植物神經(jīng)癥狀：有失神癥，還有如：呼吸、心跳增快或減慢、惡心、嘔吐、腹痛、出汗。
