3、大家都知道人的睡眠很重要，如果癲癇患者的睡眠不好，有一些癲癇在早晨或者傍晚時候發(fā)作，這樣的稱為覺醒癲癇，有的在入睡后醒來前發(fā)作的稱為睡眠癲癇，無論是覺醒還是睡眠都稱為不定期癲癇，后者多為癥狀性癲癇。

嬰兒痙亦常在入睡前和睡醒后發(fā)作，失神發(fā)作多為覺醒期發(fā)作。晚上發(fā)作要注意不要睡在較高的床上，防止從床上摔下受傷。

4、遺傳，患有癲癇很大的一個因素就是遺傳因素，一般父母患有癲癇的，孩子都會患有癲癇。
