(4)腦外傷:閉合性損傷(腦外傷后頭表面完整無(wú)傷口.但腦內(nèi)有出血或梗死等損傷)、開(kāi)放性損傷、穿通傷、頭顱手術(shù)后都可發(fā)生癲癇。

(5)顱內(nèi)占位性病變:原發(fā)于腦內(nèi)的腫瘤、從身體其它部位而來(lái)的轉(zhuǎn)移瘤、腦膿腫、腦結(jié)核瘤。

(6)腦血管病:腦出血、腦梗死、蛛網(wǎng)膜下腔出血、腦動(dòng)脈硬化、高血壓腦病、腦血管畸形。

(7)代謝性疾病:甲狀旁腺功能減退、長(zhǎng)期嘔吐、妊娠、小兒低鈣引起的低鈣性抽搐，各種原因引起的低血糖抽搐，糖尿病非酮癥性高滲性抽搐，肝性腦病、腎性腦病，透析性腦病等代謝性疾病均可引起抽搐。

(8)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)變性疾病:多發(fā)性硬化、彌漫性硬化、腦萎縮等。

(9)中毒:一氧化碳中毒、酒精中毒(常見(jiàn)于飲酒過(guò)量的患者)、氰化物中毒、某些藥物中毒(如呼吸興奮劑過(guò)量)、突然停服抗癲癇藥均可引起癲癇發(fā)作。
