癲癇病的早期癥狀有什么

1、植物神經(jīng)性發(fā)作：有腹痛型、頭痛型、暈厥型或心血管性發(fā)作。沒(méi)有明確病因的為原發(fā)性癲癇，繼發(fā)于寄生蟲(chóng)病、顱內(nèi)腫瘤、腦血管病、全身代謝病等引起的為繼發(fā)性癲癇。

2、失神發(fā)作：會(huì)出現(xiàn)突發(fā)性精神活動(dòng)中斷，喪失意識(shí)，伴有肌陣攣或自動(dòng)癥，一次發(fā)作持續(xù)數(shù)秒至十余秒。

3、全身強(qiáng)直-陣攣發(fā)作：意識(shí)突然喪失，然后先強(qiáng)直后陣攣性痙攣。常會(huì)出現(xiàn)面色青紫、尿失禁、口吐白沫或血沫、瞳孔散大，持續(xù)數(shù)十秒或數(shù)分鐘后痙攣發(fā)作自然停止，進(jìn)入昏睡狀態(tài)。醒后有短時(shí)間的頭昏、煩躁、疲乏，并且對(duì)發(fā)作過(guò)程不能回憶。若發(fā)作持續(xù)不斷，一直處于昏迷狀態(tài)稱(chēng)大發(fā)作持續(xù)狀態(tài)，這種情況常會(huì)危及生命。

4、復(fù)雜部分性發(fā)作：會(huì)出現(xiàn)精神運(yùn)動(dòng)性、精神感覺(jué)性、混合性發(fā)作。大多會(huì)有不同程度的意識(shí)障礙及明顯的思維、知覺(jué)、情感和精神運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙。會(huì)有神游癥、夜游癥等自動(dòng)癥表現(xiàn)。而且有時(shí)在幻覺(jué)、妄想的支配下可發(fā)生傷人、自傷等暴力行為。

5、單純部分性發(fā)作：某一局部或一側(cè)肢體的強(qiáng)直、陣攣性發(fā)作，或感覺(jué)異常發(fā)作，過(guò)程短暫，意識(shí)清楚。若發(fā)作范圍沿運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)擴(kuò)散到其他肢體或全身時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)喪失意識(shí)，稱(chēng)杰克森發(fā)作。發(fā)作后病人會(huì)有暫時(shí)性癱瘓，稱(chēng)Todd麻痹。
