6、變應性疾病:如結節性硬化癥、老年學癡呆等也常伴有癲癇發作.

7、營養代謝疾病:低血糖、糖尿病昏迷.甲亢、維生素B6缺乏均可造成癲癇發作.

8、中毒:汞、鉛、一氧化碳、乙醇等中毒,及全身性疾病如肝性腦病、高血壓綜合癥、畸形腎炎、尿毒癥等,均可導致癲癇.
