黑龍江癲癇病治療中心專家馬藝玲介紹，處理癲癇大發(fā)作的應(yīng)急方法主要有以下六個(gè)步驟：

1、保護(hù)舌頭，在癲癇大發(fā)作應(yīng)急處理過程中，最好搶在出現(xiàn)先兆癥狀時(shí)將一纏有紗布的壓舌板放在病人上、下磨牙之間，以防陣攣期病人將自己的舌頭咬破。若先兆期不能放上，強(qiáng)直期當(dāng)病人張口時(shí)也應(yīng)放入，到陣攣期就不宜放入。壓舌板壓著舌頭還可防止舌后墜堵塞呼吸道。

2、發(fā)現(xiàn)有先兆時(shí)迅速讓病人平臥床上，或就近躺在平整的地方。如來不及做上述安排，發(fā)現(xiàn)病人要倒時(shí)，應(yīng)迅速扶著病人，順勢讓其躺下，以防其自己突然倒地摔傷頭部或身子。

3、病人強(qiáng)直其頭多過度后仰，下頜過張，可造成頸椎壓縮性骨折，或下頜脫臼。在癲癇大發(fā)作應(yīng)急處理過程中，應(yīng)一手托著病人枕部稍用力，以阻止其頸部過伸，一手托下頜，以對抗其下頜過張。

4、癲癇大發(fā)作時(shí)呼吸道分泌物較多，易造成呼吸道阻塞或吸入性肺炎。自大發(fā)作開始，應(yīng)將病人頭側(cè)向一方，以便分泌物自然流出。另外，最好將病人頸部扣子解開，以保持呼吸道通暢。

5、陣攣期，四肢肌肉收縮，易造成關(guān)節(jié)脫臼和四肢擦傷。這時(shí)可適當(dāng)用力按壓四肢大關(guān)節(jié)處(如肩、肘、髖、膝)，限制其抽動幅度。此時(shí)切忌用力過度，強(qiáng)行按壓，以免造成肌肉關(guān)節(jié)的人為損傷或骨折。

6、發(fā)作時(shí)還要將其腰帶解開，有假牙時(shí)應(yīng)取掉。

3、專家介紹說，癲癇的癥狀小發(fā)作特點(diǎn)為突然發(fā)生短暫的意識喪失，沒有發(fā)作后嗜睡，發(fā)作時(shí)語言中斷、活動停止，固定于某一體位，不跌倒，兩眼茫然凝視。有時(shí)面色蒼白，沒有肌肉抽搐，發(fā)作持續(xù)2-10秒，不超過30秒，很快意識恢復(fù)，繼續(xù)正常活動。
