相關企業應停止違法廣告所涉藥品在我市各媒體的廣告發布，并按照《違法藥品廣告專項整治工作方案》要求，在原違法廣告發布媒體的相應版面，以不小于違法廣告大小版面發布更正啟事，更正啟事的發布頻次不得少于原違法廣告的發布頻次，以消除影響。

對被采取暫停銷售措施的藥品品種，我局將移交市工商行政管理局進行查處。所涉生產企業在更正啟事發布后,向我局提出恢復銷售的申請,并出具已接受工商部門查處的相關證明文件，我局將依法作出是否解除暫停銷售的決定。

我局執法部門將對本轄區內的藥品經營企業進行巡查，如發現繼續經營相關品種的單位，應封存扣押并進行抽驗。特此通告。
