一、癲癇發(fā)作后，孩子癲癇的護(hù)理呼吸通暢最關(guān)鍵，如果癲癇發(fā)作，最重要的是做好以下幾個(gè)方面，首先一定要冷靜，先讓孩子躺平，平臥，頭向右側(cè)歪斜，另外查一下呼吸是否平穩(wěn)，防止堵塞呼吸道，如果鼻子里面有分泌物就做一些清除，最主要就是不要慌，保證呼吸道通暢就可以了。

二、陣攣期患者四肢肌肉收縮，易造成關(guān)節(jié)脫臼和四肢擦傷。這時(shí)可適當(dāng)用力按壓四肢大關(guān)節(jié)處，限制其抽動(dòng)幅度。孩子癲癇的護(hù)理不要用力過(guò)猛，強(qiáng)行按壓，否則會(huì)造成骨折或肌肉損傷。

三、保護(hù)舌頭，搶在患者牙齒未咬合以前，將一塊包有紗布的壓舌板放在患者的上、下磨牙之間，以防陣攣期將舌頭咬破。若不能放上，強(qiáng)直期時(shí)，當(dāng)患者張口時(shí)也應(yīng)放入，到陣攣期不宜放入，壓舌板壓著舌頭還可防止舌后墜堵塞呼吸道。
