二、小孩出現意識突然喪失，呼吸暫停、口吐白沫、面色青紫、瞳孔散大，抽搐，開始為四肢的強直、握拳、兩眼上翻或偏斜一方，然后面部及四肢肌肉呈陣攣性抽動，呼吸急促不整，常有舌咬傷，發作持續1-5分鐘，發作后小孩會出現意識不清或嗜睡的狀況，在幾個小時候會恢復清醒，這也是一種癲癇前兆。

三、如果孩子們在進行某項活動突然停止，兩眼凝視一個地方，面部沒有任何表情，這種情況可持續數分鐘至數小時。如果出現意識不清，無目的地動作或無意義言語或行為，甚至喜歡胡亂摸索、奔跑、踢打、胡言亂語、微笑或狂笑等，發作后精神錯亂或入睡。極有可能是癲癇前兆的發病。

四、當然對于成年人來說，癲癇前兆癥狀有很多種，單純部分性發作時癲癇病發作的其中一種，單純部分性發作是指局部或一側的肢體的強直、陣攣性發作，這種癥狀短暫，意識清楚，發作后患肢可有暫時性的癱瘓，多有不同程度的意識障礙以及明顯的思維，有時會出現神游癥、夜游癥等自動癥的表現。
