三、繼發(fā)性癲癇精神運動性發(fā)作，癲癇發(fā)作時表現(xiàn)為突然發(fā)作，意識模糊，伴隨著吮吸、咀嚼、尋找、叫喊、奔跑、掙扎等無意識的癥狀。癲癇病人的舉動無動機、無目標、盲目而有沖動性，發(fā)作持續(xù)數(shù)小時，有時長達數(shù)天。癲癇病人對發(fā)作經(jīng)過毫無記憶。

四、繼發(fā)性癲癇局限性發(fā)作癥狀，癲癇患者有一側(cè)的口角、手指或足趾的發(fā)作性抽動或感覺異常癥狀，發(fā)作癥狀可擴散至身體一側(cè)。當(dāng)癲癇發(fā)作累及身體兩側(cè)時，則發(fā)展為癲癇病的大發(fā)作癥狀。
