羊角風(fēng)患兒的家庭護(hù)理

首先，如果孩子患了羊角風(fēng)，家人不要過(guò)分緊張，因?yàn)殡S著醫(yī)療水平的提高，約80%的患兒通過(guò)治療可以讓病情得到控制，其中50%的患兒治療停藥后可終身不發(fā)作。

1.不可擅自停藥

羊角風(fēng)病程長(zhǎng)，需長(zhǎng)時(shí)期用藥治療。許多家長(zhǎng)怕長(zhǎng)期用藥對(duì)患兒身體有損害，一見(jiàn)病情緩解，就自行停藥，結(jié)果導(dǎo)致病情反復(fù)、加重。其實(shí)治療癲癇的藥物并不會(huì)影響孩子的發(fā)育。如不繼續(xù)治療，不僅會(huì)發(fā)作更頻繁，還會(huì)嚴(yán)重?fù)p害高級(jí)神經(jīng)精神功能，出現(xiàn)智力、運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙或情感異常等。

2.定期復(fù)查

患兒用藥期間，需定期到醫(yī)院復(fù)查，注意藥物的毒副作用，定期檢查血常規(guī)、肝功能、腎功能。

3.合理安排生活

合理安排患兒的生活、學(xué)習(xí)，保證充分的休息，飲食不過(guò)量，飲水勿過(guò)多，避免睡眠不足及情緒波動(dòng)。飲食上要定時(shí)定量，不要暴飲暴食;忌辛辣、咖啡及海鮮發(fā)物。患兒在服藥期間不能單獨(dú)外出，以防止交通事故發(fā)生。注意患兒安全，禁止單獨(dú)游泳及攀高，防止墜床或摔傷。發(fā)作時(shí)禁止強(qiáng)行服藥或進(jìn)水、進(jìn)食，避免用強(qiáng)力阻止患兒抽動(dòng)，以免發(fā)生骨折和其他意外。

4.發(fā)作急救

a.不必制止患兒的發(fā)作或按壓患兒的四肢。

b.患兒發(fā)作的時(shí)候，要有專人守護(hù)，應(yīng)立即用一雙筷子纏上布塞入上下牙之間，以防止咬舌致傷;解開(kāi)上衣，將頭部轉(zhuǎn)向一側(cè)，以防止嘔吐物或分泌物吸入氣管引起窒息，必要時(shí)要及時(shí)將分泌物吸出。對(duì)于戴眼鏡的患兒，要立即將眼鏡摘下。

c.驚厥后要努力使患兒放松、鎮(zhèn)靜.

d.大多數(shù)患兒可在短時(shí)間內(nèi)完全清醒，如抽搐不斷，或15分鐘后仍未清醒，呼吸困難或身體受傷，則要撥打999急救電話尋求醫(yī)生的幫助。

5.避免誘因

家長(zhǎng)要留心觀察，摸索規(guī)律，注意避免促成患兒發(fā)作的原因，如過(guò)度疲勞、情緒激動(dòng)、睡眠不足、進(jìn)食過(guò)量、高聲、強(qiáng)光、感冒等。尤其是幼兒，高熱抽風(fēng)的小兒轉(zhuǎn)為羊角風(fēng)患兒的比例大致為25%。因此，孩子出現(xiàn)高熱應(yīng)及時(shí)就診進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的治療。
