癲癇病人在發(fā)作前有先驅(qū)自覺癥狀，其次癲癇家屬也應(yīng)該學(xué)會觀察癲癇病患者的臉色和各種行為，若是感到癲癇病患者要發(fā)作的時候，要帶癲癇病患者離開水池或是車輛多的地方，帶患者去安靜人少的地方。

癲癇小發(fā)作時，患者表現(xiàn)為短暫的意識喪失，通常只有幾秒鐘，沒有抽搐痙攣，臉色發(fā)白或發(fā)紅，小孩表現(xiàn)原地打轉(zhuǎn)等，一般容易被人忽視。
