2、局限性發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)為手指、足趾或是一側(cè)口角或者眼部，持續(xù)數(shù)秒至十秒后自然終止，發(fā)作可以從某一局部擴(kuò)及整個一側(cè)頭面及肢體。

3、大發(fā)作：兒童癲癇病的癥狀表現(xiàn)為小兒全身肌肉抽動、眼球固定、雙眼上翻、咀嚼肌緊張、口半張、易咬傷舌頭、喉部肌肉痙攣可致呼吸暫停、面部發(fā)青、小便失控等。發(fā)作持續(xù)時間約5分鐘左右，發(fā)作后感到疲乏、頭痛，有時嘔吐和全身肌肉酸痛等。每日發(fā)作數(shù)次或者數(shù)年發(fā)作一次不等。癲癇大發(fā)作有的在清醒時，有的在睡眠時，有的無規(guī)律。

4、復(fù)雜部分性發(fā)作：可分為特殊感染性發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)為視覺、嗅覺、聽覺等出現(xiàn)幻覺;記憶障礙發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)為對陌生人、情景有熟悉感;情感障礙發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)為恐懼、不安、焦慮、憤怒、憂郁等;思維障礙發(fā)作：表現(xiàn)為強(qiáng)迫思維、妄想等。
