4、誘發(fā)因素：癲癇發(fā)作多系突然發(fā)生，無(wú)明顯誘因。但也有一些發(fā)作確有誘發(fā)因素存在。這種誘發(fā)因素可能周期性出現(xiàn)，如發(fā)作可與內(nèi)分泌因素或月經(jīng)有關(guān)，另一些誘發(fā)因素則系不規(guī)則發(fā)生。誘因可以是正常生活中的自然性感覺(jué)性刺激，也可能是突然出現(xiàn)的刺激，或由病兒自己誘導(dǎo)的刺激。

(1)非感覺(jué)性誘因：如發(fā)熱、過(guò)度換氣、代謝紊亂、身體之應(yīng)激反應(yīng)、情感和精神紊亂、睡眠(困倦、缺少睡眠、入睡、睡醒)、饑餓或過(guò)飽等。

(2)感覺(jué)性刺激：視覺(jué)刺激(光、閱讀、電視)、聽(tīng)覺(jué)刺激(聲音、音樂(lè)、巨響)、前庭刺激、嗅覺(jué)或味覺(jué)刺激、觸覺(jué)或本體覺(jué)刺激。

有時(shí)誘因是特異性的。若癲癇發(fā)作只有在一定的誘因存在時(shí)才表現(xiàn)出來(lái)，就稱(chēng)為反射性癲癇。
