㈡癲癇病患者的形色：形色其實是對言行舉止、面部表情、目珠眼神等的一種概括，作為臟腑氣血的盛衰判斷，可以鑒定患者的病態輕重。如果患者神識清爽，志意聰慧，反應靈敏，記憶力強，說明正氣未傷，臟腑功能未衰，則謂之有神，病情尚輕;但如果患者目光晦暗，精神萎靡，動作遲緩，反應呆鈍，則代表著患者神氣已傷，屬重癥。

㈢癲癇病患者的唇舌：作為脾之外竅的口唇，唇紅如涂珠，脾胃多積熱;口唇淡白，為脾氣虛寒;唇舌生瘡，為脾心胃火盛;唇淡而潤，多脾失健運;唇干少津，是肝陰受傷;唇裂干癢，乃脾受風侵。舌質紅絳多熱，舌質淡嫩多脾虛;舌質尖過赤，為心肝有熱;舌質暗紅，為血瘀;另外，舌苔黃為里熱，舌苔黃膩乃痰熱內蓄，白厚多積滯，剝脫苔常為陰傷夾滯或積滯夾蟲之候。

㈣癲癇病患者的眼睛：在眾多的神色特征中，眼神是重點之一，因為在中醫中認為目通于腦，為肝之竅，心之使，也就是“神之外候在目”，如：黑睛晦暗，乃肝血虧虛;白睛黃染，乃肝經溫熱;白睛藍斑，乃厭食蟲生;上臉下垂，乃脾虛氣陷;下瞼虛浮，乃水來侮土。若兩眥紅絲，乃心火炎肺。
