請問羊癇風怎么治療呢

(1)針灸

①體針

取穴：主穴：背三針、鳩尾、筋縮、腰奇、間使、額三針、豐隆。配穴：中脈、照海、神門、關元、三陰交、足三里、太淵、三沖、膻中、血海。

治法：以主穴為主，每次酌情選用4～6穴。背上針取0.6～1.5寸芒針循督脈透刺，如神道透陽關，神道透大椎，腰奇透陰關。進針后中等頻率(120次/分)捻轉1分鐘。額三針為雙側眉沖穴沿膀胱經透刺二針，取此連線為底邊的等腰三角形，另一頂點沿督脈透針。余穴邪實用瀉法，體虛用補法，留針15分鐘，每日1次或隔日1次。

療效：經上方治療124例，配合三元辨證療法，顯效85例，有效28例，無效11例，總有效率為91.06%。

②頭針

取穴：癲癇穴，頂中線，額中線，頂旁線，枕上正中線，顳后斜線。

癲癇穴位置：風池內1寸上1寸，斜方肌盡頭處。

治法：進針后用G-6805治療儀通低頻脈沖電30分鐘，發作嚴重者可適當延長通電時間。通電以麻感達到前額為好，亦可在腦電圖病灶部位進行針刺通電。隔日1次。

中醫在治療癲癇上具有明顯的優勢，我院治療本病38235例，1個月為1療程，一般治療6個療程。結果：顯效38200例，有效36438例，效差20例，無效15例，總有效率為95.3%，治愈率80.3%。由于癲癇病人的病程很長，我們只觀察了近期療效.今后需長期隨訪，確定遠期效果...
