王女士最近遇到了一個非常麻煩的問題，她是一位癲癇病患者，最近癲癇大發作兩次，而且全是在睡眠中。在她服藥兩年期間，并沒有一次發作，后來由于減輕藥量又發作了一次，現在恢復了以前的藥量，沒再發作，這期間她意外懷孕了，面對這樣的情況，她該如何讓妥善處理?

小編對于這個問題，專門請教了研究癲癇病的資深專家，他給出如下建議：

女性癲癇患者能否懷孕，已成為很多癲癇患者及家屬迫切想要了解的問題。一般來說女性癲癇患者能否懷孕，有以下四種情況：(1)癲癇已經控制、停藥，數年未發作的，完全可以和正常人一樣生育;(2)偶爾發作1次(發作周期在半年以上)沒有服用任何藥物的，也基本上可以和正常人一樣生育;(3)發作仍需服藥控制的，應視藥物的性質，權衡利弊決定;(4)發作較頻繁的，暫不生育。

王女士這樣的情況，兩次癲癇大發作均在睡眠中發生，說明此次癲癇診斷應該是沒有問題的。在她服藥兩年期間，并沒有一次發作，后來由于減輕藥量又發作了一次，現在恢復了以前的藥量，沒再發作，所以在此提示患者還是需要繼續用藥的，如果屬于上述第3種類型，建議該王女士到科就診，說出您正在或已經服用的藥物，視具體情況再決定是否繼續妊娠。如果要繼續妊娠，就應該在醫生的指導下，選擇對胎兒影響最小的抗癇藥，并使藥量減少到能控制病情的最小劑量，盡可能保證母子平安。
