　　羊癇風(fēng)是指一時(shí)性大腦功能紊亂引起的陣發(fā)性全身或局部肌肉抽搐的綜合病癥，可分為原發(fā)性(原因不明)和繼發(fā)性兩類，后者可由大腦發(fā)育不全、腦炎、腦膜炎、腦寄生蟲病、腦血管、腦腫瘤和腦外傷等病變引起;也可因尿毒癥、血糖過高過低等全身性疾病所致。過度疲勞、饑餓或過飽、強(qiáng)烈的情緒刺激和酗酒等均可誘發(fā)。：①首選地西泮(安定)10-20毫克靜脈注射，無效時(shí)每隔1-2小時(shí)重復(fù)，可用3-4次，頑固者需繼續(xù)用40-60毫克加入10%葡萄糖液500毫升中靜脈滴注維持;②苯巴比妥鈉0.1-0.2克肌內(nèi)注射;③10%水合氯醛10毫升鼻飼;④意識(shí)障礙時(shí)間長者應(yīng)加用脫水劑、腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素治療;⑤注意觀察體溫、脈搏、呼吸、血壓、瞳孔和神志變化，保持呼吸道通暢，及時(shí)氧氣吸入。病情控制后按大發(fā)作常規(guī)給予口服抗癲癇藥物治療。這種情況建議結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)嘏R床醫(yī)生和自身狀態(tài)積極對(duì)癥治療，不要盲目的用藥治療!祝你健康
